Ticketing
Admission charges only apply for entry into the National Orchid Garden. The Gardens is free entry for everyone, everyday.
1Refers to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and those living in Singapore, including holders of employment passes, Work Permits or Dependant passes.
2Local student charges refer to students of local public and private education institutes and can produce a valid student pass.

Worth knowing: we do routine maintenance on specific attractions each month, so check the listings beforehand as you plan your visit.
National Orchid Garden 8.30am to 7pm (Last Ticket sale & entry at 6pm)
Jacob Ballas Children's Garden 8am to 7pm (last entry at 6.30pm)
Closed every Monday unless it falls on a Public Holiday. Open to children up to 14 years old. All children have to be accompanied by an adult.
Botanical Art Gallery 9am to 6pm (Last entry at 5.30pm), closed every last Thursday

Parking
Eight parking zones are available within the Gardens, with parking charged at $0.02 per minute.
All car parks operate from 5am to 12mn daily, including public holidays, except the Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden car park, which is closed on Mondays.
Overnight parking is not permitted.

Your Pet's Visit
We appreciate that your pets enjoy our garden.
We seek your cooperation in keeping pets out of designated nature areas. These areas require additional protection to allow flora and fauna to thrive.
All indoor attractions, including the Heritage Museum, Botanical Art Gallery and Centre for Ethnobotany, are strictly out of bounds for pets.

Dog breeds listed under the First Schedule of the Animals and Birds (Licensing and Control of Cats and Dogs) Rules 2024 ("Specified Dogs"). These are breeds reported to be more aggressive, and addional measures such as muzzling, have been put in place to minimise chances of an attack. Click here to download the list.
A Better Experience
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, and to protect the Gardens’ greenery, please comply with the Parks and Trees Act (Cap. 216) and the Parks and Trees Regulations (Cap. 216 RG), in particular:
§ Please do not smoke in the Gardens
§ Please do not feed the wildlife
§ Do not cycle, scooter, skate or skateboard
§ Do not set up tents or furniture, nor obstruct any path or visitor access
§ Do not play ball. Racquet games, frisbees, fly model aircraft/drones or kites
§ Do not sell or attempt to sell any article or service or otherwise conduct business, unless prior approval has been obtained
§ Shelters shall not be used exclusively for private events, gatherings or exercise
While pets are permitted in the Gardens, they are not permitted in certain attractions. They are-
§ All indoor attractions such as Heritage Museum, CDL Green Gallery, Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden, Healing Garden, Evolution Garden and the National Orchid Garden
§ Please leash your pet and have them in control at all times
Bicycles, Scooters & Such
Please use the designated bicycle parking zones to secure your bicycle.
Bicycle parking bays are provided at the entrances of the Gardens, as cycling is not permitted within the Gardens. Skateboarding and the use of scooters are also not allowed.

Our staff are available daily from 8am to 5.30pm at the information desks to assist with first aid, lost-and-found enquiries, and wheelchair loans.
