Gardens-A-Glow 2026
This year-end, we invite you to be part of Gardens-A-Glow, the Singapore Botanic Gardens’ refreshed festive celebration, building on the much-loved Trees of the World tradition.
For generations, the Gardens has been a place for people to come together, whether to celebrate milestones, spend time with family and friends, or simply enjoy being surrounded by nature. Gardens-A-Glow celebrates this connection, bringing the community together through decorated trees, light installations, festive displays, exhibitions and activities across the Gardens.
At the heart of the celebration will be some 250 trees decorated by individuals, families, organisations and community groups, each adding their own touch to the Gardens for the festive season.
With a donation of $800 or more to the Garden City Fund, NParks’ registered charity and Institution of a Public Character, donors will have the opportunity to decorate one of these trees. Gather family, friends or colleagues to make it your own, or invite a school, charity or community group to decorate the tree together.
More importantly, donations will go towards supporting the important work of the Singapore Botanic Gardens, from conserving its rich botanical and cultural heritage and advancing research, to supporting education and community programmes that connect people with nature.
After Gardens-A-Glow, the trees will be planted across Singapore’s parks and green spaces, where they can continue to grow and be enjoyed for years to come.

Ways to Participate
Decorate a Tree | $800 or more

Bring a festive display to life and enjoy an exclusive ornament-making workshop for up to 30 participants.

While we hope you'll consider supporting the Gardens with a donation, Gardens-A-Glow is about bringing people together at the Gardens. Whether or not you are able to make a donation this year, we warmly invite you to take part. You may register your interest, and we will be delighted to invite you to decorate a tree as opportunities become available. Every contribution, regardless of amount, supports the Gardens’ work and helps ensure that this special place continues to thrive for generations to come.
